Philip Chism, a 15-year-old Massachusetts kid suspected of rapping and killing his math teacher in a high school washroom, was charged with attempted murder in connection with a separate attack on a female youth services clinician.

He was 14 years old at the time of the incident, which occurred in October 2013 at a Danvers high school. Two years after Colleen Ritzer’s death, Chism was convicted of first-degree murder, rape, and armed robbery.

She was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on May 13, 1989. Tom Ritzer, Ritzer’s husband, was her life partner.

There may have been a plea deal, according to certain sources. The prosecution, on the other hand, had no reason to make one. They had a strong case and could even demonstrate that he was not insane.
